Volunteerism and the elections

 Working election polls in a different precinct than my own. Am honored to carry out this duty. I'm saying this while working my "own" challenges however brief of avoiding people all together. I might change this thought . Grateful to be out hear doing this!

Learning Spanish; but not there yet

 While walking my lovely dogs yesterday near a local beach, Gandy to be precise, I cam cross a small women's tot bag which I cleaned up and plan to give for donation. Guess what i found inside? Two prayer cards; with religions pictures on 1 side then prayers in Spanish on the other. I have studied in the past French briefly, American Sign Language and taken 1 Spanish course. Neither of them can I speak nor understand after not practicing for years. Below is both versions of the prayer. Stay blessed y'all!

"I believe in You God the Father, I believe in You God the Son, I believe in You God the Holy Spirit, but increase my faith. I hope in You God the Father, I hope in You God the Son, I hope in You God the Holy Spirit, but increase my hope. I love You God the Father, I love You God the Son, my Lord, Jesus Christ true God and man, I love You God the Father, I love You God the Son, my Lord Jesus Christ true God and man, I love You God the Holy Spirit, but increase my love. Glory to the Father, Glory to the Son, Glory to the Holy Spirit, Glory to the most Holy and undivided Trinity, as it was in the beginning, is now, and will be forever, to the ages of ages. Amen. Almighty Father, help my frailty and lift me up from the abyss of my misery. Wisdom of the Son, straighten all my thoughts, words and works of this day. Love of the Holy Spirit, be the beginning of all the works of my soul, so that they may always be in conformity with the Will of the Father. To You, Innocent Father, to You, Only Begotten Son, to You, Spirit of Holiness, one God in Trinity, with all my heart I confess You, I bless You, I praise You. To You, Most Holy Trinity, be given always, all honor, glory and praise for all eternity."

Other resources and helpful agencies during time of disaster is the Red Cross.

Of course I must mentioned the Salvation Army's Disaster response teams if you see them out in your community they are always there to provide support.On occasion I give them volunteer time!

I was not approved however other might quality, It doe s not hurt to make the effort to apply.
