Bring them (that is a friend or anyone interested) to the light alive (in person or virtually). In reflection of friendships, 1 is sufficient.. What am I talking about to me; it is church, temple, sangha, others a meeting. But my experience is when it comes to explaining; none is needing just make the gesture the community is to do the rest regardless of the person. People of faith believe by tradition "come as you are". The verse is not by word in the Holy Bible. Peace, love and unity brothers, sisters and others.
To be biased the best time for a person to decide to give their life to Christ is the he best decision one can make in their journey creating the least a foundation of faith grounded in the one true great book (Bible).
