A historic opportunity in St. Pete - Let is us not repeat History

 This was the plan, reading and bringing myself up to speed knowledge wise is still in progress. My commentary of this situation is not to repeat redlining practices of old. Synergy, compromise and collaboration amongst the tax payers, private interest, state, county and city serving & working together to get this done right. We have the right leaders in place at the right time; the people have provided the political will and support for expansion now whom is leading the way forward?
