Controlled Chaos
Not writing on project management but on change. In high school (Plant City, FL) I worked with and respected an Assistant Principal (who also was a neighbor) who criticized me as a teenager for simply stepping up to lead. 1) leading some student government meetings using a gavel amongst other volunteer student groups. I was not the only student leader to use such a symbol of leadership. 2) The below advice might be factual even though WE in the great U.S.A. do not agree on approach.
“This Assistant Principal did provide advice in the area I went to on study; his remark was “the most efficient form of government is a dictatorship"
