My Opinion: Finally Bush shows a shimmer of what it means to be a Man and our President. He takes Responsibility for Federal Government’s response to Katrina. There are many more issues he has failed at and has not address but at least we know G.W. Bush may not have a brain, he does have a heart. Now, after losing the confidence of the American people, what will he do?
