President Clinton Aids Katrina Victims

Dear Mr. Brooks,

Presidents Bush and Clinton have established a joint 501c3 fund toreceive donations to assist the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Theformer Presidents will work in collaboration with the governors of theaffected states, federal and local officials in allocating the money.
